She has a special interest in supporting people through change, transition and grief - whether big or small, chosen or not. However, her coaching model and techniques can be applied to almost any area where you would benefit from support and encouragement to get unstuck and move forward.
At its essence, coaching is a structured conversation designed to help you go inwards, making it the perfect complement to yoga. Ruth’s coaching draws on many yogic principles such as mindfulness, the power of the pause and boundary setting. Through guidance and collaboration, you’ll learn more about who you are and what you really want, leaving the session with plans and structures to achieve your goals.

Ruth is at Floripa for most of the season so feel free to ask at Reception for a chat with her. Ruth also offers online sessions.
