Giulia

Isceri

Giulia Isceri (29 from Zurich & Puglia) lives her passion through various creative outputs, in the field of professional figure skating when teaching choreography, with contemporary art projects, on the yoga mat and also while painting. After she withdrew from her professional skating career as a figure skater, she chose to perform and travel from (2017-2020).

Through the pandemic the interest of developing her connection between mind and body grew and the need to cultivate deeper self awareness brought her to peruse the path of becoming a Yoga Teacher right here at Floripa. Since 2021 she’s working as a yoga teacher and choreographer by sharing her knowledge with athletes (figure skaters) at the Skating School of Switzerland in Vallais. Since this year she also offers monthly yoga and improvisation classes in Zurich.

For Giulia it’s important to create a safe container where the students can explore their personal way of connecting with themselves and their bodies. She enjoys to teach a variety of classes, from structured asana, Yin Yoga, to creative and intuitive movement explorations.
