Are there medical centers or hospitals near Floripa?

There is a small medical center in Pozzallo (6 km from Floripa). We also have basic medical supplies at reception. The nearest hospital is in Modica, about 35 minutes away.

Can I reach Floripa using public transport?

Yes, you can take a train or bus to Ispica, from where we can arrange a transfer for you.

Can I get a discount if I pay in cash?

Yes! If you pay the total amount in cash (including extras), you’ll receive a 5% discount. There is an ATM in Pozzallo, 6 km from Floripa.

Do you accept children and families?

To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests, we leave it to the good judgment of yogi and surfer families to decide whether to bring their little ones.

Do you offer on-site laundry services?

Yes! For just €10, you can wash all your clothes, so you can feel fresh during your stay or return home without any worries.

Do you offer options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Yes, we can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free diets. Please let us know in advance so our kitchen can cater to your needs.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, breakfast is included in all rates and is served buffet-style from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Do you offer airport transfer services?

Yes, we can arrange a transfer upon request. Contact us to book your ride at welcome@floripa.it

What is the nearest airport?

The closest airports are Catania (about 1.5 hours by car) and Comiso (about 1 hour by car).

How can I pay during my stay?

We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard (expect American Express).

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer different flexible options. We recommend checking our booking page or contacting us for more details.

Is wifi available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property, although we encourage disconnecting to fully enjoy nature! Also, we apologize if the connection is sometimes unstable—our area is still quite rural, and occasional Wi-Fi drops can happen.

What types of accommodation do you offer?

We have private rooms, bungalows, and dorms, all carefully furnished to ensure comfort and relaxation in a Balinese-inspired style. All accommodations overlook our beautiful garden, where the vibrant colors of our flowers will amaze you.

What's the minimum stay?

The minimum is 3 nights, any dates March–November.

Do I have to pre-book add-ons?

No, you do not need to pre-book any add ons. You can do it once on site. But if you prefer having everything set before-hand, feel free to send us an email at welcome@floripa.it.

Can I add extras on arrival?

Absolutely—visit reception any time and we'll be happy to set you up with additional activities.
