She was mostly influenced by Petri Raisanen, from whim she learned the basics of energy healing alignment while helping into positions. Laruga Glasser, Dany Sá and all her students has inspired Nikol on her journey.
She says: “Everyone is different, but our existence is breath taking, it connects us to ourselves. Through it, we find inner space which influences the way to engage the center of the body and helps us to understand the basic principles of physical being and self healing. Tristana, the connection of movement, gaze and breath, contributes to conscious being on all possible levels. Being here and now is the basis for understanding and grasping life.”
