With the arrival of spring, our sanctuary by the sea once again opens its doors. From March 29th, we welcome seekers of tranquility, adventure, and self-discovery into our retreat, where yoga, the ocean, and the warmth of Sicilian hospitality intertwine to create a unique experience of well-being.
This date also marks the beginning of our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, a transformative journey for those who wish to deepen their practice, refine their teaching, and embark on a path of inner evolution.
